  • What does air ambulance services involve?

The service involves higher cost since it involves expensive medically equipped jet aircraft and an extensive infrastructure. eMediHub covers EVERYTHING from the time the patient decides to engage air ambulance services until the patient is admitted into the receiving hospital.

Generally, this all-inclusive service includes:

  1. Arrangement for a medical aircraft (e.g. Lear Jet) with medical equipment
  2. Getting pilots, one medical doctor and one nurse on board
  3. 1-3 seats available for family members
  4. Clearing customs and immigration departments
  5. Two ambulances from the origination hospital and destinations
  6. Translation of medical records if applicable
  7. Round the clock one-to-one support until the patient arrives at the destination hospital
